VP-Business Process Improvement / VP-BPI

Job Description;

• Lead team and be a process owner to work with cross functional unit to continuously improvement process.
• Lead business process improvement projects and suggest improvement tools for all departments.
• Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Policy, Procedure, DoA, Principal and announce to relate parties, upload to system.
• Lead and perform on process mapping, AS-IS analysis and deploy TO-BE process optimization.
• Manage team as business partner and support unit in developing, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Lead and coordinate with related BUs to find conclusions about the operational process arising from the audit’s observations. or operation process of each BUs are unclear.
• Improve internal and external processes by adopt LEAN, Agile methodology to solutions.
• Drive the development and implementation of Lean in alignment with the digital transformation strategy.
• Sharing best practice with cross-functional team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean principles and practices throughout the organization.
• Prefer management experience at least 7 Years. Experience in financial industry would be advantage.
• Graduated from related field on Industrial Engineering, Operation Management.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 10 years experience in Experience in Process Improvement, Process Design, Project Management in Banking or Financial Industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and coaching skill with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Skills required are value chain management, strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, execution, detailed-oriented, committed to results, and presentation
• Good command of written and spoken English
