Responsibilities

• Drive the design process from requirement gathering from stakeholders. Understand business objectives and define key user interactions
• Ability to primary or secondary research to create a user flow and user journey
• Create and maintain the visual and interaction design websites and mobile applications
• Design and develop a modern and Design system with reusable design components
• Provide actionable feedbacks for all visual and interaction design
• Brief your design to developers and stakeholders, gather feedback and iterate your design

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Design or related field with a stellar portfolio you can show and tell
• 3-5 years’ experience in Web design and Applications design
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Experienced in UX research and design process
• Proficiency in creative design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools (Figma is a plus)
• Aesthetic sense and solid understanding of branding and brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on User Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of iteration design methodology, from Empathy to Test is a plus
• Design and develop a micro interactive, Lottie file is a plus
