Responsibilities

• Design posters, banners, and other visual materials for recruitment campaigns and events

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and the company’s career page to attract potential candidates

• Review and screen resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates Participate in organizing and attending career fairs, university events, and other talent activities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing recruitment data, and help prepare reports to evaluate performance metrics

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• University students in Political Science, Social Science, Business Administration or related fields.

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), as well as Canva and Cap Cut

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good command of Thai and English
