Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to gather detailed business requirements.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand client needs and objectives.

Systems Analysis and Design:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.

• Develop detailed specifications and functional designs for new systems or system enhancements.

• Create data models, process flows, and technical documentation.

Solution Development:

• Work with software developers and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Oversee the development process to ensure alignment with the specified requirements.

• Conduct feasibility studies and propose cost-effective solutions.

Implementation and Testing:

• Coordinate and participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, and resolve system issues and defects.

• Assist in the deployment of new systems and ensure successful implementation.

Client Support and Training:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the IT team to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and changes.

• Prepare reports on system performance, project status, and other key metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role within an IT Professional Services environment.

Technical Skills:  

• Experience with databases, software development, and system integration.

• Knowledge of programming languages and software development tools (e.g., SQL, Java, C#, etc.).

• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
