Structural Specialist Engineer - Monday–Friday, Bangkok

Lead structural design and optimization of industrial fans

Conduct FEA simulations and fatigue analysis under real-world operating conditions

Analyze mechanical test data to ensure product reliability and safety

Collaborate with production, testing laboratories, and R&D teams

Review, develop, and update testing protocols in compliance with industry standards

Identify and solve complex engineering problems with innovative solutions

Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality engineering standards

Prepare and present technical reports and findings to management and stakeholders

Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Strong expertise in structural engineering, materials science, or mechanical design

Hands-on experience with FEA simulation tools and CAD software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks)

Solid understanding of mechanical component testing, validation, and analysis

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities

Teaching, coaching, or training experience is an advantage
