Service Engineer

Acquire and maintain knowledge of kidney failure, dialysis machine operation, troubleshooting, and technical servicing

Independently plan and execute preventive maintenance and service for contracted customers in a timely and professional manner

Submit preventive maintenance and service reports promptly and accurately

Stay updated with new technologies and innovations in the field

Work closely with the sales team to help achieve company goals

Bachelor's Degree or High Vocational Certificate in Electricity, Electronics, or Industrial-related fields

Minimum 1 year experience in medical device service (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Valid driver’s license
