Responsibilities:

• Review software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.

• Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and performance.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure product quality through functional and non-functional testing.

• Design, develop, and execute automated regression test suites.

• Conduct performance testing to assess system reliability, scalability, and capacity.

• Generate and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.

• Proficient with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

• Experience in writing automated tests using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Appium, Selenium, or Cucumber.

• Background in financial domains is a plus.

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of empathy and team collaboration.
