Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 

Define project deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. 

Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services to ensure timely project execution. 

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. 

Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members. 

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 

Track project progress against key milestones and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. 

Prepare and present reports on project status, including schedules, budgets, and risks. 

Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in project delivery. 

Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects. 

Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Civil, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. 

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. 

Proven track record of managing large-scale solar projects from inception to completion. 

Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project lifecycle, and EPC workflows.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). 

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. 

Certification in renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP, ISPQ) is a plus.
