- Drive end-to-end project management for the launch of new logistics service verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project timelines, milestones, and critical dependencies.
- Drive change management and training to ensure adoption of new services & processes across organization
- Support Product design, service innovation, and pricing logic development.
- Collaborate with Finance and Ops to model cost, ROI, and impact of initiatives
- Develop and monitor KPIs for pilot phases; track issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct market research, opportunity sizing, and translate business requirements into execution plans.
- Present project updates to leadership and facilitate structured decision-making.
ข้อกำหนด
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, strategy, or consulting roles; logistics or tech domain is a plus.
- Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with basic competency in financial modeling and scenario planning
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in operational change management or large-scale rollout is a plus
- Experience in service design is a plus.
