Drive new business opportunities (strategic partnerships, new products, new segments, new channels).

Lead end-to-end deals: sourcing, structuring, financial modeling, negotiation, and closing.

Manage key relationships with banks, fintechs, platforms and ecosystem partners.

Own the portfolio view (revenue, margin, usage, acquisition, retention, ROI) and regular performance reviews.

Identify underperforming products/partnerships and recommend scale / fix / exit actions.

Lead forecasting and performance tracking, and prepare executive-ready materials for ExCo, Investment Committee, and Board.

3–5+ years in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy or Portfolio/Investment Management, preferably in fintech / financial services / tech.

Strong financial & commercial acumen (P&L, pricing, unit economics, ROI/NPV).

Experience managing a portfolio of products, ventures or partnerships with structured governance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level and external partners.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive-level decks.
