Job Title: Regional Costing Specialist

Reporting to: Regional Finance Controller

Working Location: Viettel Tower, District 10, HCMC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update costing master data and standard costs in SAP.

• Estimate and calculate product costs for existing products, new products, and BOM changes.

• Gather and analyze manufacturing cost data, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

• Review BOMs (Bill of Materials) and routing data to ensure costing accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze variances between standard and actual costs.

• Conduct variance analysis for raw materials, labor, and overhead absorption.

• Perform month-end closing activities for the SAP CO module.

• Prepare monthly costing reports, variance analysis, and presentations for management.

• Collaborate with HQ Costing, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and related departments to resolve costing issues and improve cost efficiency.

• Participate in ERP/SAP system improvement projects related to costing and finance.

• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

• Prepare ad-hoc costing reports and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, or a closely related field.

• Candidate with 1-3 year costing experience in manufacturing costing

• Open to candidate experienced in general accounting or auditing

• SAP experienced is preferrable

• Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time.

• Extremely high level of attention to detail, high organized, emphasis on accuracy, and good analysis skills.

• Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset.

• Have good communication in Vietnamese and English.
