Analyze current production line structures to identify losses and improvement opportunities.

Design and improve manufacturing processes and production line layouts to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Apply engineering knowledge to support CNC machining processes (3-axis / 5-axis) and manufacturing technologies.

Plan and develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term manufacturing structure plans to support business competitiveness.

Evaluate and introduce automation and manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency and reduce labor dependency.

Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth and effective production operations.

Review drawings, manufacturing layouts, and process documentation, and provide improvement recommendations.

Prepare summaries and reports on project progress and operational performance according to company schedules.

Support continuous improvement activities aligned with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.

0–3 years of experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or production engineering roles.

Knowledge and understanding of machinery, manufacturing processes, and industrial engineering systems.

Experience with CNC machining and programming (3-axis / 5-axis) is highly preferred.

Ability to analyze production line structures and develop improvement measures to minimize losses.

Familiar with AutoCAD and able to read engineering drawings effectively.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting.

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, high motivation, and ability to work under pressure in a factory environment.

Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively in a team.
