Ensure the stable operation of services and infrastructure. Proactively identify and resolve incidents within the assigned domain while continuously improving operational processes through automation and AI.

Operations: Monitor and resolve production incidents related to services, queues, and databases.

Deployment: Independently perform deployments, rollbacks, and change requests across DEV, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.

Continuous Improvement: Develop scripts and tools, and leverage AI to automate repetitive operational tasks.

ข้อกำหนด

2–4 years of experience in system operations or IT operations.

Kubernetes: Basic to intermediate operational and troubleshooting skills.

Kafka/RabbitMQ: Understanding of core concepts with hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Monitoring: Proficiency in Grafana, Splunk, or equivalent tools.

Scripting & AI: Ability to write automation scripts and apply AI tools such as Claude Code or equivalent in daily work.

Database: Ability to work with basic queries and understand fundamental database operations.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments.

Proactive, accountable, and able to collaborate effectively.
