Qualifications

1.Developing and implementing an assets and liabilities strategy (gapping) that optimizes the company’s return, in accordance with the ALCO’s guidelines/ recommendations.

2.Preparing ongoing assessment of asset & liability mismatches and managing the implementation of required short and medium term financing structures.

3.Forecasting cash payments, managing liquidity and anticipating potential challenges arising from limited cash flow.

4.Develop, review and implement liquidity/interest rate risk in banking book (IRRBB) policy

5.Ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements (e.g. reserve requirements)

6..Assess and Manage Interest Increase and/or decrease and provide recommendation to ALCO for decision making

7.Produce & analyze interest rate / Liquidity risk reports

8.Model and analyze liquidity risk / IRRBB model requirements

9..Monitor of current industry developments and relevant regulatory initiatives to ensure the compliance with new rules and guidelines for Liquidity and IRRBB

Job Description

1.วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ สถิติ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Strategic Liquidity Risk Management ในสถาบันการเงินขนาดใหญ่

3.มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Treasury ในสถาบันการเงินขนาดใหญ่

4.มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประมวลผลข้อมูล และการนำเสนอในระดับดีมาก

5.สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดีมาก

6.สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดีมาก

7.มีความเข้าใจในงบการเงินและธุรกิจของของธนาคาร รวมถึง dynamic ของธนาคารและสถาบันการเงินเป็นอย่างดี

8.มีความรู้ และความเข้าใจ ตลาด และ capital market

9.เป็นผู้ที่สามารถรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง พร้อมกับสามารถบริหารจัดการการทำงานใน Tight Timeline ได้
