IT Site Support - Hybrid Work/ Competitive salary based on experience

Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

Support Windows OS and common business applications (Microsoft 365, email, VPN)

Handle incident tickets, service requests, and user inquiries

Coordinate with internal teams or vendors when required

Document issues, solutions, and asset information

Provide remote support on work-from-home days

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Site Support

Good understanding of Windows OS, PC/Laptop hardware, basic networking

Able to communicate fluently in Thai and English (spoken & written)

Strong service mindset and problem-solving skills
Able to work onsite 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
