Lead and manage IT projects (software development and/or infrastructure system integration) for clients in government, public / or private sectors

Assist in defining project scope, time and budget objectives that technically feasible and agreed upon by all relevant parties

Develop detailed plan, coordinate resource allocation and monitor overall project performance to ensure deliverables meet the quality, budget and schedule committed

Lay out communication strategies and serve as a liaison for all information related to the projects to relevant stakeholders, customers and team members

Conduct and facilitate effective meetings including project kickoffs, clarify requirements, project updates, issue tracking, change requests, and executive reports and communication

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations.

Follow up, support and direct team for any project issues until solved

Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or other Computer-related fields

At least 3-7 years experience in Medium-to-Large complex IT project management

Full cycle of project leading experience from RFP/TOR development until project delivery 

Familiarity with government project bidding process and documentation is a big plus

Excellent technical knowledge and strong ability to communicate to different stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Thai and English)

Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Strong analysis, problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to handle high pressure and maintain balance
