Develop and drive a 3-year strategic roadmap, including KPIs for debt and portfolio management

Land and oversee collection (in-house and outsourced) and debt recovery functions, including write-off (W/O), repossession

Monitor and optimize portfolio performance to reduce NPL and improve efficiency

Recommend strategic actions to senior management to enhance portfolio performance and recovery outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business and portfolio strategies

Ensure all operations are fully compliant with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

Build and strengthen team capabilities through coaching, talent development, and performance management

Prepare and manage department budgets and business plans
