Customer Service Staff

**Job description

- Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, e-manifest, and debit notes to customers.

- Take care of Debit Note, SOA of Customers, Partners, Vendors.

- Follow trucking order and control trucking vendor to ensure delivery time to factory.

- Input shipment’s information into the company systems.

- Track shipping status and maintain good relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucks, and other related departments.

- Address and resolve customer disputes or complaints with great care.

- Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.

- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.

- Execute tasks assigned by the region manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents and customers.

- Familiarize yourself with the pricing of the responsible region, analyze the current status and development of the routes, and update internal quotations accordingly.

- Assist management with any special tasks assigned.

** Job Requirement

- College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics or international trade.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- more than 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a preference for the intra asia & North America - Knowledge of handling air/sea shipments.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.

Working time:

- Mon – Fri : 8h - 17h

- Sat: 8h00 ~ 12h00
