Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies specifically tailored for TikTok.
• Create high-quality, scroll stopping TikTok videos from concept development, filming, and directing to final editing.
• Write compelling scripts and captions that tell stories, connect emotionally with audiences, and reflect each brand’s voice.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, algorithm updates, and best practices for organic growth.
• Analyse content performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and CTR, and continuously optimise content based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with designers, and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Manage content calendars to maintain consistent posting and a strong online presence.
• Actively engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, interacting with viewers, and building brand loyalty through content.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, ComArts or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passion for creating short-form video content, especially on TikTok and social platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability, with the confidence to write scripts and captions that feel natural, relatable, and engaging.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Awareness of TikTok trends, content formats, and organic growth strategies.
• Ability to research trends and adapt them to fit different brand identities and tones.
• Willingness to learn from insights, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with deadlines.
• A portfolio of short-form video content is required (TikTok account, personal projects, or sample videos).
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
