Perform site assessments, including geotechnical surveys, topographical studies, and soil analysis. 

Develop civil designs and layouts for solar PV installations, including mounting systems, foundations, and access roads. 

Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings. 

Collaborate with design teams to optimize site layouts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

Supervise and monitor civil construction activities, such as land grading, excavation, and foundation works. 

Ensure compliance with design standards, safety protocols, and project timelines during construction. 

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address technical issues and ensure quality control. 

Conduct inspections of structural and foundation installations for PV modules, inverters, and substations. 

Identify and resolve non-conformance issues during construction. 

Support the preparation of handover documents for completed projects. 

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on civil engineering progress. 

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. 

0–3 years of experience in civil engineering for construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. 

Proven experience in site supervision, civil design, and construction management. 

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including geotechnical and structural design. 

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other civil engineering software. 

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
