Case Manager - 100% Remote, Contractor

We are seeking experienced-level Case Managers to remotely support the case preparation process for clients and to provide high-quality service through written communication.

The work and communication will be carried out in 100% written English. Strong English reading and writing skills are required.

Note: “Case Manager” is an internal team designation referring to responsibilities related to case preparation and support. It does not indicate a managerial or people-management position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Replying to clients’ inquiries and providing instructions on submitting application documents

- Assisting clients to complete their individual case processing plans and ensuring deadlines are met

- Communicating with clients and other teams through writing messages in English

- Thoroughly reviewing documents submitted by clients and providing appropriate advice on their cases and queries

This is a full-time contract-based and 100% remote position. You'll need to use your own device (computer) with a stable internet connection. The job will require MS Word program installed on your work device (computer).

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri, Indochina Time)

Salary: 19,000,000 VND - 21,000,000 VND per month

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in paralegal, documentation or customer service (preferred)

- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Liberal Arts or Law major (highly preferred)

- Excellent English writing and reading skills (IELTS 7.5/ TOEIC 950/ TOEFL iBT 100 or above/ equivalent)

- Strong attention to details

- Strong time management skills

- Strong analytical and reasoning skills

- Strong computer literacy, familiar with MS Office Suite

- Strong client service professionalism

- Remote working/ studying experience (preferred)
