About the Role

Join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand, as a Business Process Management Partner. Contribute to our commitment to excellence in the healthcare industry by overseeing critical contract, pricing, and instrument lifecycle management processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes
• Ensure accurate pricing alignment in quotations and SAP
• Create and maintain asset records in the SAP system
• Collaborate with service engineers for timely service submissions
• Conduct regular reconciliations between ERP and Instrument databases
• Provide support for Global Deal Calculations

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Asset management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in Business process management
• Proficient in Thai language with good command of spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Global Deal Calculator
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management
