Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation & Strategic Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple transformation initiatives, from planning and design through to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units to define project scope, objectives, timelines, success measures.

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, providing proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track.

  • Bring in relevant external insights, industry benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen business strategies.

  • Apply agile or hybrid project management approaches to deliver results efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

2. Business Performance Analysis & Value Creation

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to evaluate business performance and identify key drivers for growth.

  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.

  • Support senior management in making informed decisions by providing concise analysis of strategic opportunities and risks.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for transformation projects, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.

  • Drive change management efforts, building stakeholder buy-in and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.

  • Facilitate executive updates, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations to ensure learnings are captured and improvements sustained.

4. Data-Driven Insights & Tools (Advantage)

  • Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor KPIs, visualize results, and support project reporting.

  • Collaborate with BI developers and data analysts to ensure relevant data and dashboards are in place for tracking project impact.

  • Use analytics as a supporting tool for decision-making — not as the primary role focus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or high-pressure corporate environments.

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actions.

  • Experience in change management and agile project delivery is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus, but not a core requirement.
