• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Nest.js and TypeScript. 

  
  

• Create and manage Python scripts for automation, data ingestion, and scheduled tasks. 

  
  

• Manage QuestDB (time-series data) and PostgreSQL (relational data). 

  
  

• Integrate and maintain Directus CMS or similar backend management systems. 

  
  

• Deploy and monitor backend services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch). 

  
  

• Collaborate with Product Owner, Frontend, and IoT teams to define requirements and deliver new features. 

  
  

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage source control via GitHub, and ensure high code quality. 

  
  

• Troubleshoot, test, and document backend systems. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering. A degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering is considered an advantage.

• 4+ years of backend development experience. 

  
  

• Proficiency in Nest.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. 

  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure. 

  
  

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and QuestDB (or equivalent). 

  
  

• Working knowledge of Python for automation or integration. 

  
  

• Experience with Directus CMS, Strapi, or similar headless CMS. 

  
  

• Familiarity with GitHub and version control workflows. 

  
  

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in IoT data pipelines or energy monitoring systems. 

  
  

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments. 

  
  

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, or real-time data streaming. 

  
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA.
