Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales and Service

  • Achieve and exceed sales, service, and attach rate goals for assigned store locations.
  • Actively engage in all store-level activities to maximize revenue, service levels, and attach rates.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, minimize dissatisfaction, and reduce product returns.
  • Build strong working relationships with in-store managers and virtual team members, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement Apple-directed initiatives and leverage Apple’s sales strategies and programs.
  • Ensure store staff are well-trained and briefed on new Apple products and promotions.

Merchandising and Brand Representation

  • Maintain Apple’s product merchandising standards, ensuring displays are always updated and aligned with Apple’s branding and promotions.
  • Develop unique selling opportunities in collaboration with store sales managers and the Territory Lead.
  • Ensure Apple-branded fixtures in-store comply with Apple’s merchandising guidelines.
  • Represent Apple with professionalism and uphold the brand’s premium positioning.

Training and Coaching

  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge to deliver the best customer solutions and train virtual team members.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and peer leader within the region.
  • Assist with in-store training presentations to educate customers on Apple’s latest innovations and total solutions.
  • Conduct in-store seminars on Apple products and solutions.
  • Train and develop store staff to effectively advocate Apple products, improving their sales and customer engagement skills.

Business Management

  • Maintain regular communication with Apple Operations to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
  • Schedule sales meetings with store managers to review inventory levels and restocking needs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with store, area, or regional management to analyze store performance and develop growth strategies.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including Wednesday–Sunday shifts.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong ability to engage customers proactively and create enthusiasm around innovative products and lifestyle solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Mature decision-making abilities and follow-through on commitments.
  • Experience in hardware and service sales within a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with in-store merchandising execution.
  • Previous Apple product and channel experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of retail operations and logistics.
