Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and confirms transport order to ensure pickup of the shipment at origin and delivery at destination.
  • Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.
  • Prepares, controls, and distributes all required Export & Import documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Checks responses from counterparts and finalizes validation of required documents.
  • Follows-up shipment status in the Export & Import area, identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incident.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Identifying performance issues of suppliers and proposing solutions to improve/ correct performance.
  • Performs IT system-related tasks to provide up-to-date information on shipment.
  • Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Export and Import and Customer Service.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Have logical thinking, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skill; MS Office.
  • Can-Do attitude, and able to work under pressure.
