JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Check supporting document to issue Debit note and issue Invoice for reimbursement.

- Release FOC sale order.

- Check customer information (DMR)

- Issue VAT invoice (direct warehouse and sales discount invoice).

- Collect and control Sales contract.

- Send and follow up the debt confirmation with dealer.

- Reconcile AP transactions with the general ledger/ Prepare detail account report.

- Manage customer/vendor information (DMR)

- Others task as requirement

- University Degree in Finance/Accounting

- From one year working experience in Account Payable.

- Good English (spoken and written).

- Experience working with SAP Software is an advantage
