1) Client Leadership
a. Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships.
b. Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry landscape to provide strategic counsel.
c. Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews with confidence.
2) Account & Project Management
a. Oversee campaign delivery (Influencer Marketing, Content Production, Always-on Management, Activations) with precision and quality.
b. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
c. Monitor performance against KPIs and proactively manage risks or challenges.
d. Work closely with AMs/AEs to ensure seamless client servicing.
3) Budget & Business Growth
a. Control and manage client account budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
b. Monitor account financial health (budget tracking, billing, forecasting) and report to management.
c. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new service opportunities to expand client accounts.
d. Collaborate with leadership to drive Shooting Stellar’s revenue growth and contribute to new business pitches.
4) Strategy & Innovation
a. Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and creative solutions.
b. Partner with Creative and Influencer teams to develop impactful proposals and innovative campaigns. Stay ahead of industry, cultural, and digital trends to deliver forward-thinking client solutions.
5) Team Leadership
a. Lead, mentor, and inspire Account Management teams (AM, Sr. AE, AE).
b. Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and development opportunities.
c. Encourage cross-department collaboration (Creative, Influencer, Operations) to deliver excellence.
ข้อกำหนด
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in agencies (Advertising / Digital / Influencer / PR).
• Proven leadership experience managing Client Service teams at Manager/Senior Manager level or higher.
• Demonstrated success in handling large-scale campaigns and multi-million-baht client budgets.
• Expertise in Client Communication, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior client executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and proactiveness.
• Solid understanding of Marketing, Branding, Digital, and Influencer Marketing.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial accountability.
• Must possess native-level proficiency in English, with excellent skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
