Job Description

1. Project Planning & Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Define project deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

2. Procurement & Resource Coordination

• Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services to ensure timely project execution.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

5. Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Track project progress against key milestones and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

• Prepare and present reports on project status, including schedules, budgets, and risks.

6. Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in project delivery.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.

7. Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in solar EPC or renewable energy projects.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale solar projects from inception to completion.

• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project lifecycle, and EPC workflows.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Certification in renewable energy (e.g., NABCEP, ISPQ) is a plus.
