Make decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost effective results, prevent delays in assigned work, and eliminate the risks of considerable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
Oversee the daily operations of the Warehouse
Manage, motivate and train the Warehouse staffs (60-100 staffs)
Evaluate the performance of the warehouse staff
Coordinate with the HR Department in the recruitment and selection process of managerial positions
Manage, organize and optimize warehouse processes
Responsible for the correct registration of inventory movements and look for optimizations
Oversee any inventory discrepancies
Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality only
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 8 years of experiences in Warehouse Management
Management Experience is a plus
Good Command in Written and Spoken English
