Main Responsibilities
Due to the continuous growth of the business, we are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to provide high quality and proactive end-to-end administrative and operational support to our fast-paced and dynamic Thailand team based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to Director, Commercial Lead, Thailand. The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:
General Administration
- Being main point of contact for BeiGene Thailand office
- Manage all company related documents and pass the documents through the relevant functions to fulfill the requirement and ensure proper document retention
- Manage travel booking including hotel and transportation arrangement, and business travel visa application when required
- Support the on-boarding process for new members
- Vendor list creation and support on new vendors onboarding
- Liaise with vendors on services to support commercial related activities
- Liaise with relevant functions to support on PR/PO process
- Acts as the go-to business operations support representative for the team, liaise and provide flexible support to work within and across business functions
Company Meetings & Events Coordination (internal And External)
- Logistics support e.g. hotel and meeting room reservation for internal meetings that are held in Thailand e.g. regional meeting, senior leadership country visit etc.
- Coordinate cross-functional/company-wide events and meetings
- Organize and coordinate business meetings, events and activities from end-to-end, such as planning, logistic preparation, execution, minutes and follow-up if needed
Commercial Administrative Support
- Support on the sales related activities by coordinating with distributor and relevant functions to ensure the smooth sales operation as required within timeline e.g. support on tender and hospital listing document preparation, facilitating in sample management and sales order management etc.
- Provide end-to end support for all HCP/HCO engagement activities e.g. BeiGene standalone symposium, third party sponsorship event etc.
- Provide additional sales and marketing related activities support as required
- Ensure proper and compliance document retention for all commercial related activities aligned with company SOP
- Support for all document/materials preparation and the program execution related to the access solutions e.g. Patient Access Program (PAP) and Managed Entry Agreement (MEA).
Other Administrative Support
- Provide documentation support related with local supply chain activities if required
- Being flexible to take on other assigned tasks and activities, when necessary
Qualification Required
Education Required:
- Preferably Bachelor of degree in Business Administration or similar commercial related discipline
Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years prior office administration / management experience, preferably in fast-growing mid-sized organizations.
- Pharma experience prefer
- Basic English proficiency

- Working knowledge of Concur, SAP Purchase Orders, Ariba, Workday, DocuSign.
- A quick learner to new technology and applications
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro skills an advantage
