VP, Wholesale & Operations Audit

Job description:

1.Responsible for undertaking Wholesale & Ops audit activities to achieve objectives and goals, i.e. audit tasks are performed according to the annual audit plan, the audit tasks are effective and efficient, and the operations of audit are in compliance with regulations and Internal Audit Policy

2.Perform and monitor the execution of audit tasks as planned

Draft audit reports and provide remedial recommendations for management actions

Undertake new audit techniques and tools, and update audit manuals to prevent loopholes in internal control system

3.Coordinate audit efforts where appropriate with external auditors

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Data Science or related fields

2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal audit or related fields (from banking or financial institution and wholesale credit areas will be an added advantage)

3.Good knowledge of banking products and accounting standards

4.Preferably with professional certificate, e.g. CIA, CPA and CRMA

5.Basel ll IRBA knowledge and data analytics experience would be an added advantage

6.Excellent analysis and communication skill

7.Good command of English
