Key Accountabilities

• Ensure fiscal management aligns with APAC standards and the Logistics Pillar, making strategic adjustments to maximize profitability for the SEA cluster.
• Lead, develop, and grow the Contract Logistics management teams across SEA, while managing key customer relationships to drive business success.
• Conduct regular business reviews and site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to effectively plan and manage workforce capacity.
• Champion continuous process improvement initiatives across the business, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage and resolve site and customer-related issues, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
• Establish best practices and maintain operations KPIs for performance control and timely intervention.
• Foster team engagement and promote collaboration within the SEA cluster, across the APAC region, and with the Global Logistics pillar.

Qualification and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Shipping/ Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines.
• Agile and pro-active with a collaborative style.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior management role within a global multinational company.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience leading contract logistics operations in a global multinational company.
• Strong business expertise & acumen with the ability to apply in-depth knowledge of economic, commercial and political issues to build and grow the business with impactful outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear and eloquent writing, proficient speaking abilities in both group and individual settings, and the ability to explain complex concepts effectively while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
