What you will do:

• Manage paint application equipment, pretreatment systems, paint shop productivity improvement practices, tools, and methods
• Analysis and solve process the quality issue by coordinate with relate department.
• Prepare standard documentation to control workflow and operation.
• Support project implementation/coordination.
• Other tasks as may be assigned by Manager.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years experience in Automotive Industry preferred.
• Experience with robotic programming or Paint material preferred
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written. (Toeic 450)
• Excel , Presentation skill
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skill
• Good logical, systematic thinking and analytical skill
• Able to drive and have driving license
