- Conduct weekly and monthly commercial KPIs reviews with local and regional commercial management teams.
- Day-to-day monitoring of topline metrics. Detect anomalies, investigate root causes, and come up with suggestions.
- Provide suggestions to management and vendor-facing teams to improve topline and ads sales.
- Initiate and manage commercial projects from your own suggestions.
- Generate and evaluate leads of vendor-facing teams based on insights.
- Provide presentation decks to support management for strategic meetings.
- Own allocation of leads, ads billing and other commercial initiatives.
- Be the source of truth for commercial metrics and definition, ads products.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or similar
- 4+ years of working experiences in analytical role within e-commerce/tech industries
- Strong Excel and SQL skills as you will be using these on your day-to-day job.
- Strong analytical skills. Able to turn complex data into actionable insights with attention to details.
- High sense of ownership. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to knock out great presentation decks within limited time.
- Well versed in English verbal and written communication
- Skilled in presentation with great visualization
- Proven project management skills with successful records of managing projects cross functionally.
- Experienced in managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in commercial or with vendor-facing teams is a plus.
