Scope of Work:
- Lead the content execution for all Pomelo in-house and third-party brands, across all channels and campaigns.
- Manage the in-house copywriting and visual design team; coaching and supporting junior members, while also collaborating with a roster of freelance talent, ensuring the team KPIs and targets are established and met.
- Oversee content on all Pomelo projects from new arrivals and brand launches to marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, mega campaigns and fashion events ensuring content meet both brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Lead large-scale campaigns from content creation.
- Oversee timelines & capacity management for all key projects within the content team.
- Oversee Quality control, both by partnering with the lead Art Director and Head of Department and empowering team members.
- Implement guidelines and standardization for operational excellence and consistency across touchpoints.
- Work on the process and system optimization, for greater efficiency and productivity and ensure all operations are scalable for future market and business growth
- Partner with UXUI and Product on website and app design and content.
- Take ownership of the Pomelo omnichannel messaging to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints, online and offline.
- Oversee product naming and description process across the platform, ensuring your team is optimizing for SEO and Conversion.
- Work closely with the Retail Team to come up with retail store designs, signages, and concisely communicate promotions/sales.
- Lead your team to ensure ideas are fresh, engaging, and exciting for our customers, while also following the business commercial objectives

- Possess a highly acute observation of key trends and pay close attention to local and international fashion e-commerce competitors.

Qualifications:
● Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web / mobile design guideline and interface trends
-5+ years of relevant work experience in a UX designer role or related fields with strong business acumen
● Good tastes and strong visual skills
● Proficient and well-verse in design and prototyping tools
● Ability to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous environment and distill complex processes into simple, clear user interactions
● Has a "get it done" attitude with proven track records of delivering simply beautiful work that is easy to use again and again
● Experience in e-commerce and retail space is a big plus
● Be an excellent team player that work well with cross-functional team
