Responsible for campaign seller & creator engagement - Collaborate and coordinate with cluster teams, creator teams, and other cross functions teams to develop and execute mega campaigns (eg: 11.11, 12.12) - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to better understand merchants insights and develop seller mechanics, leverage sellers with budget and assets effectively - Involved in full-cycle campaign management, from planning to hands-on execution, to real-time monitoring and reporting - Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
3-5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies
English and local Thai language proficiency required
Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
Excellent communication and resource integration skills
