Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be a subject matter expert in CLS and SLS Portfolio to conduct technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings and effectively communicating their value proposition to potential customers.
- You will be responsible for product management of CLS and SLS Portfolio throughout the product life cycle – from new product launch, roadmap to end-of-life management.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with product development and ASEAN Marketing Team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
- You will be responsible for Collaborating with ASEAN Marketing & Marcomm to plan the launch of new product and assays. Manage cross-functional implementation of the plan including marketing strategy, value proposition, prioritization, pricing, launch, promotion, and distribution activities.
- You will assist assist Head of Lab Solutions, Emerging ASEAN, and Country National Sales Manager, on defining the CLS and SLS business targets in MTA and MBR process; strategic and operational imperatives to meet or exceed country targets.
- You will be expert in CLS and SLS deal building and escalation process to ensure right product positioning with proper value proposition to meet country profit target.
- You will be responsible to support sales lead in building strategic selling plan, funnel management and drive CRM KPIs i.e., market coverage, retention rate, conversion rate, increase revenue per box.
- You will collaborate well within CRM team and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- You will be responsible to provide feedback to the leadership team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- You will address customers & business partners inquiries and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- You will be responsible to provide product training to business partner sales & marketing team.
- You will directly and proactively manage relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) alongside our Business Partners to build and maintain a sound market related network of stakeholders, achieving country customer satisfaction goal (NPS score).
Your qualifications & experience:
- Degree in Biomedical/Clinical Pathology/Lab Medicine/Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in application support / product marketing / technical sales role, preferably in lab diagnostics market.
- Suitable applicants with lesser relevant experience (5-6 years) may be considered for a Technical Sales Specialist role instead.
- Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics products & services and the ability to translate technical specifications into compelling sales pitches.
- Strong understanding of product life cycle management, sales process and market dynamics.
- Able to build sound working relationships internally, with Business Partners and Customers to ensure success in this role.
