Technical Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead at ttb spark. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical aspects of projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in multiple languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience in leading and managing software development projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Understanding of web development frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
