We are looking for a driven and experienced COE Enablement to join our team and be responsible for driving the setup of Technology Centers of Excellence (COE) for companies under SCBX group. As COE Enablement, you will play a critical role in maximizing efficiency, increasing technology delivery capabilities, and providing access to technology resources with highly in-demand skills.

This includes methodology, delivery, and partner management, overseeing dependencies across workstreams and subsidiaries, as well as performance and risk management. Work closely with SCBX and subsidiaries' executives to identify pain points and opportunities, with proposed resolutions to support business and technology strategy as well as drive collaboration with key stakeholders across SCBX subsidiaries and relevant partners on the execution of relevant initiatives

· At least 3-5 years in roles of Consulting, Business Analyst, Business Process Improvement, Solution Architecture

· Logical problem solver - proactively anticipate roadblocks and issues, react quickly to unforeseeable problems, and ability to connect artefacts and identify impact at a big picture

· Strong interpersonal to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive success of COE setup and build mutually beneficial relationships

· Comfortable in ambiguity and enjoy tackling unexpected challenges under dynamic working environment

· Prior experience in Financial Services and Digital industries

· Knowledge in banking architecture, data governance architecture, cloud, and/or, cybersecurity

· Proven working experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and/or program management

· Fluent in English
