Tax Strategy and Management

Responsibilities:

Tax Planning:

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies for Mitr Phol Group, minimizing tax liabilities and risks.
• Research, monitor, and evaluate tax structures and compliance methods.
• Analyze Mitr Phol Group's projects and provide tax management recommendations.

Tax Audit:

• Conduct tax audits to ensure compliance, identify potential issues, and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize tax risks.
• Tax Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date on new tax laws and regulations.
• Analyze the impact of new tax measures and propose best practices to management.
• Provide tax compliance guidance to various departments within the company.
• Training and Development:
• Enhance employee knowledge and understanding of tax regulations and practices.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure tax compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations.
• Solid accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting and tax software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team leadership and management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
