Support CBRE’s Sustainability teams (CBRE Thailand, and CBRE ESG regional consulting network) to raise and promote awareness and opportunities as they relate to ESG principles.
Update trends and develop ideas of new or enhanced services and opportunities for the team.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor's degree in Architect, Engineer or related fields.
0-3 years of working experience in real estate sector (design, consulting, construction, commissioning, and/or operation), Green building, and/or sustainability field with evidence of continued professional development.
Having Green Building or building related Credentials from the list is a plus

Excellent and proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors, and investors, in both Thai and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: the ability to summarise and convey complex content.
Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintain work quality.
Show tact, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Ability to work on corporate-wide projects and with different teams who may have different working culture.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks on corporate, portfolio and asset level such as UN SDG, GRI, PRI, GRESB, TCFD, EU taxonomy, ISO is a plus.
