Maintain and Develop APS Standards:
- Establish and uphold APS standards, policies, guidelines, and parameters to ensure an effective and efficient scheduling process and output.
Monitor APS Execution and Performance:
- Oversee APS functionality and performance, serving as the first-tier support for operational issue resolution.
- Assist with APS system setup, updates, and changes.
- Ensure the alignment of new sites, locations, production processes, or master data changes with AX, DCS, SAP S4 Hana, DMC, and related systems.
- Support the creation of test cases and functionality tests for APS.
Review Scheduling Parameters and Master Data Accuracy:
- Evaluate scheduling parameters and master data (e.g., STD accuracy) for scheduling effectiveness at each production site, collaborating with MDM and the Scheduling team for corrections.
Support Scheduling Team:
- Aid the Scheduling team in creating weekly production plans and ensuring the smooth operation of APS.
Develop Scheduling Support Tools and Reports:
- Create tools and reports for KPI monitoring and production tracking to support the scheduling process and facilitate cross-functional communication.
Provide Recommendations and Take Action:
- Recommend process or functionality changes (CRs) and take actions related to APS CP to support business requirements, company strategy, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor System Performance and Usability:
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in system performance and usability, propose scheduling and APS improvement initiatives. Coordinate with related teams and consultants to find and implement solutions.
Share Best Practices:
- Disseminate best practices in scheduling among team members.
