Enhance and further develop the enterprise strategic risk and operation program including strategic and operation risk assessment process
Create strategic risk and operation framework components in conjunction with business decisions to identify, aggregate, govern and report strategic risk and operation
Develop methods for forecasting sources of strategic risk and reporting early warning indicators related to the strategic plan in coordination with the front-line units and other internal or external stakeholders
Construct analysis techniques for a forward-looking view of strategic risk and operations in coordination with the business units, including undertaking risk assessments, facilitating working groups to understand root causes, and analyse the data to conclusion
Build and execute comprehensive intelligence risk monitoring and reporting to identify internal and external competitive activities, new or evolving risks that could impact business strategies and execution. Optimize impacts across the strategic risk and operation portfolio.
Articulate strategic risk and operation reports to various stakeholders, including business unit’s senior management
Manage the strategic risk and operation assessment process across business units interconnected under common supply chain
Provide subject matter advisory, facilitate key decision making, create awareness and conduct training on strategic risk and operation principles and practices, and support key stakeholders in strategic risk and operation application
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, laws (MBA and other advanced degree highly preferred)
3 years total business experience in strategy, strategic risk and operation management, management consulting, enterprise risk management, internal audit, finance, or related fields
Experience assessing business strategic risk and operation and translating risk to business impacts
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Strong logical, analytical, detailed attention, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succinctly transmit findings in a clear and insightful way
Fluency in Mandarin (preferred): Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese is highly advantageous
