Strategic Partnership Lead - Marketing, Shopee

• Ecosystem Development: Build and manage a network of partners to support Shopee’s marketing-led initiatives, including subscription packages and user benefit programs that drive retention and user value.

• Co-brand Card Management: Lead the full lifecycle of Shopee’s co-branded card projects—from ideation, deal structuring, negotiation, product development, to launch and go-to-market execution.

• Strategic Initiatives: Identify and execute new strategic partnership opportunities that contribute to Shopee’s topline, user growth, and brand differentiation.

• Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams internally and externally to co-develop campaigns across Shopee and partner-owned channels (both online and offline) to amplify impact.

• Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with legal and finance teams to manage partnership contracts and agreement processes.

• Project Management: Own and manage end-to-end partnership timelines, aligning internal and external stakeholders for timely, high-quality campaign launches.

• Team Leadership: lead and mentor a high-performing team to scale partnership efforts efficiently and effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic marketing, preferably in eCommerce, fintech, or loyalty-related sectors.

• Demonstrated success in driving and structuring strategic partnership deals, especially those involving multiple external stakeholders.

• Comfortable managing complex negotiations and multi-party relationships.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience promoting programs through online and offline channels.

• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, and compliance teams on partner agreements and contract development.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

• Good command of English

• Proficient in google suites products

• Direct experience in credit card management and or loyalty program management is a plus
