• Application, System Analysis, Design and Development & Project Management:
• Work closely with Business Analyst to gather the business requirements, implementation, and perform any analysis needed until the projects completed
• Handle system, application analysis, design and development
• Prepare all project documents concerns
• Follow application development and maintenance IT standards
• Develop applications according to business requirements
• Provide and run software testing (e.g. Unit test, System integration test UAT, Performance and Security test) to ensure that the deliverable meets the quality
• Handle application maintenance work and provide production support after project go live

Other areas:

• Full fil both department and individual goals, working well within the team and other departments.
• Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
• Support IT and users/customers to solve problems & provide solutions
• Provide training for users to make them familiar with the system and applications
• Coordination & Collaboration Management:
• Coordinate and cooperate within the department as well as inter-departmental teams in order to work collaboratively and effectively among teams

Must Have

• Degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer or other related field
• At least 5 years in Application Design and Development, Application Maintenance and Support, or other related field in Insurance or Bank industry

• Programming language /Technology: HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, J2SE, J2EE, Servlet, SOAP, RESTFul, Oracle Form, Oracle Report, PL/SQL, SQL command, C++, C#, Java, Python or Ruby
• Database: Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL
• Application/Web Server: Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat, OHS, IIS
• Programming Tools: Eclipse, Websphere studio, Oracle Developer Suite, Oracle Jdeveloper
• DevOps Tools/Technology: Docker , Kubernetes , Ansible, Jenkins , ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Prometheus, Nagios, Microservice architectures, Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Event based (RabbitMQ)
• Operating System: MS Windows, Linux, UNIX
• Experience in software development processes (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)
• Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools
