[SO/TCR-VH] As an in-house service provider, Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, L1/L2 IT Support, Human Resources Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services. 

We pool administrative tasks and ensure efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI.

Through the various sections and topics listed here, we aim to introduce to the customers from all around the world to get to know about our Overview, Services, our Competencies, Tools & Process and Expertise as we deliver excellence together as one team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for PBI (Power BI) development activity 

• Extract Data from sources 

• Transform raw data into usable data 

• Modelling data which follows data science theory 

• Load data to PBI, then perform Visualization regarding to customer request 

Responsible for PBI operation activity 

• Answer customer concerns 

• Consult for customer concern or requests 

• Perform bug/issue fixing 

• Apply new minor change for existing PBI 

• Providing dataset maintenance 

• Provide data freezing (depending on customer requirement) 

Responsible for SQL Server development and Operations

• Perform Design Database based on Customer requirement 

• Responsible for ETL (Extract-Transform-Load)

• Responsible for database maintenance 

• Provide DML process (fixing/data) correction in case of customer requirement

Responsible for Machine Learning / AI - R&D Activities

• Responsible to ML/AI Learning Topic

• Responsible to ML/AI Researching Application in laboratory

• Responsible to ML/AI Application development activity

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Having 1~2 year of experiences in Power BI development

• At least 1-2 year of experience working with Data warehouse systems: MS SQL, Oracle SQL, …

• At least 1-2 year of experiences in Machine Learning / AI Development

• Have Python programming skill

• Intermediate English communication skills 

• Good attitude for teamwork and willingness to learn

• Good to have Project Management skills such as PMP, Agile Scrum…

• Good to have second language such as Japanese, Chinese, German…
