Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Design the systems and processes that LINE engineers use to manage and deploy their software into the production
• Design the automation of the server provisioning process to reduce the labor of our engineers
• Bring a voice to the table and partner 100% with the rest of engineering teams, working together to come up with solutions that meet the needs of the business
• Minimize risks of reliability-related failure outcomes as pertaining to durability, availability, performance, and correctness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 10+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions, including 5+ years of experience managing high-performance teams
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing systems to help teams quickly detect problems
• Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
