Design the systems and processes that LINE engineers use to manage and deploy their software into the production
Design the automation of the server provisioning process to reduce the labor of our engineers
Bring a voice to the table and partner 100% with the rest of engineering teams, working together to come up with solutions that meet the needs of the business
Minimize risks of reliability-related failure outcomes as pertaining to durability, availability, performance, and correctness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
10+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions, including 5+ years of experience managing high-performance teams
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing systems to help teams quickly detect problems
Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
