The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan is a lifestyle boutique hotel located in the vibrant heart of Bangkok’s Old Town. We cater to leisure travelers, couples, and global explorers looking for style, comfort, and memorable experiences.
We are seeking a creative and data-driven SEO & SEM Specialist to enhance our hotel’s online presence, drive direct bookings, and maximize ROI from digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on organic search optimization, paid search campaigns, and overall web visibility to attract high-quality traffic from both domestic and international markets.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on Google and other search engines.
Conduct keyword research tailored to hospitality, travel, and destination trends.
Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog posts, landing pages, and promotional articles targeting relevant keywords.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools.
Build quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and PR activities.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).
Manage PPC budgets, track ROI, and adjust bids for optimal performance.
Create targeted ad copy and landing pages for specific markets (e.g., South Korea, China, Europe, USA).
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and keywords to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for SEO & SEM campaigns.
Provide monthly insights and recommendations to improve campaign results.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO & SEM, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong understanding of Google Search, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
Proven experience in increasing website traffic and conversion rates.
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for engaging and persuasive language.
Knowledge of hotel booking engines, OTAs, and direct booking strategies is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Results-driven with a focus on ROI.
Creative problem solver with a passion for digital marketing.
Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
