Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Design:

Lead the analysis and design phases of web and software projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architecture, and create technical specifications.

2. Technical Expertise:

Provide expert-level knowledge in web and software development technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend the most suitable solutions for the project. knowledge to design : SQL database, sequence diagram, ER diagram, software development specifications

3. Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

4. Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of the designed systems, providing guidance, resolving technical challenges, and promoting best practices.

5. Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of web and software systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and user-friendly applications.

6. Documentation:

Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.

7. Mentorship:

Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall skill set of the team.

8. Problem Solving:

Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a strong focus on web and software systems.Proven expertise in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next js) and software development languages (e.g., Javascript, Python, .net, Next.js,) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
• Experience with system analysis and design methodologies, including creating technical specifications and architectural diagrams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Data analyst is a plus.
